电影简介:
在中国苏北的一个城市里，人到中年的大刚戏称自己是个“三无人员”（无钱、无房子、无工作）。他下岗多年，离婚后和患有精神病的老母挤在一间18平方米的小屋里，每月靠着90元低保（后调高至120元）、靠着在朋友那儿混吃混喝和母亲的一点微薄退休津过活。大刚有一搭儿没一搭儿、高不成低不就地跑广告、当市场收费监督，甚至当“婚托”。为了舒缓情绪、打发时光，大刚穿着充抵工资的西装泡地下室的舞厅，在公园里的长椅上无聊地说着女人，和几个哥们拼钱喝酒，耍个“上半身”小姐……还自嘲地说起自己因买不起16元一包的避孕套而去...
